Shift:
2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with Quality Control to ensure top-notch standards on all incoming goods.
  • Handle Production Orders and manage shipment paperwork like a pro.
  • Maintain precise inventory records in JD Edwards and pack orders for shipping.
  • Receive and store finished goods, keeping everything in its place.
  • Follow C-TPAT Compliance procedures and ensure equipment is in tip-top shape.
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and JD Edwards for accurate order tracking.
  • Create transfer orders and documentation for parts and materials.
  • Verify shipments for accuracy against pick tickets and load trailers with care.
  • Help with Distribution Center operations and keep shipping supplies stocked.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in shipping & receiving (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with WMS & JD Edwards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of C-TPAT procedures and safety best practices.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Great communication and teamwork abilities.
