Manufacturing Operators

Our customer is a premier manufacturing company in Clermont, FL whose culture is “Safety First” and due to their increased growth, we are seeking qualified candidates to fill their open manufacturing roles.

1st Shift: $13.50 – Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
2nd Shift: $14.20 – Monday – Friday 3:30 pm to Midnight
3rd Shift: $15.50 – Sunday – Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Filling out shipment and delivery paperwork
  • Maintains a clean and efficient warehouse
  • Ensures all orders are pulled and labelled correctly
  • Operation of light machinery (saws, routers, glue gun)
  • Restock material
  • Maintains safety mindset in all duties performed
What you need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to operate light machinery
  • Ability to stand for a prolonged period
  • Willingness to work with a team and help co-workers as needed
  • Flexibility to work extended hours on weekdays and potentially some weekends.
