Our customer is seeking a candidate with who will play a crucial role in making sure customers receive excellent service and support. You will provide a focused and energetic branch team atmosphere while ensuring that the branch operates in an efficient manner.
 
 
 What your typical workday looks like: 
 
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the branch to include filling in for customer service representatives, clerical, warehouse personnel, etc.
  • Manage inventory for branch, including the day-to-day maintenance of inventory levels through replenishing stock to meet annual turn goals
  • Ensure all purchasing activities for the branch are executed per company policies and procedures; oversee all accounts payable activities, including expense, inventory and freight invoices, and debit memos
  • Manage collections process, maintain overall responsibility for outstanding invoices; manage internal audit process as necessary
  • Perform financial calculations and generate reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities at one time
  • Ability to identify and quickly resolve issues
 
 
What you need:
 
  • Strong math and logistical skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and database activity
  • Ability to learn and understand technical products
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
