Our customer is seeking qualified candidates to provide strong operational support across brands to the Training and Certification Team by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information, tracking data, and performing Operations Support functions. To be successful in this role, this induvial needs to be able to provide accurate and timely communications to both external and internal parties. What your typical workday looks like:Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal successConduct daily walkthroughs to promote team engagement and provide assistanceRespond to all requests in a timely manner, contribute to KPI compliance, and accountable for excellent customer serviceProvide excellent customer service through effective communication and follow throughUtilize a high sense of urgency while working in a results driven environmentIdentify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, and make recommendations for continuous improvementCoordinate projects with cross functional teamsServe as Operations Support team lead and training facilitatorAssist in tracking and recording data and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly team reports Act as liaison between staff and IT support, Sales and, the Educational FoundationAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reportingBe able to provide back up to Operations Support Specialist level 1 & 2 agents as neededBack up support to the Operations Support Supervisor as neededComply with federal and State laws, as well as organizational policies, procedures, and processes as outline in the teams Standard Operating ProceduresPreform related responsibilities as requiredEnthusiastically provide support for the team goalsPerform other duties, as assigned by the Operations SupervisorExplain products and services, options, and related changes clearly and concisely What you need:High School Diploma Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook AdvancedStrong Math SkillsFundamental Restaurant Industry Knowledge HelpfulAnalytical/Critical ThinkingWorks Well in TeamsWorks Well IndependentlyTime ManagementReading/Editing3-5 years’ experience required in operations support functions Apply now!
