Everest Recruiting is currently seeking key sales professionals for a leading contract electrical contractor based out of Florida. They also have experience in voice/data contracting and extensive design-build experience.
We are seeking experienced sales professionals with experience in heavy commercial and industrial electrical construction.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin.
- Developing and monitoring growth plans, marketing programs, training.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to grow the project business.
- Generate cross-selling leads and make it easier to do business with Industrial Solutions.
- Conduct training presentations
- Provide training, joint sales calls and applications support. Understand Trade Area and identify distribution targets for conversion.
- Introduce new products to existing customer base and identify target customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned volume and margin measurements.
- Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership.
- Track sales leads, wins and losses in CRM system, perform analysis on hit-rate data.
- Identify new customers and create customer profiles to understand ABB’s position.
- Participate in industry and local construction organizations to build relationships.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / engineering is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience working with distributors, electrical contractors.
- Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Strong coordination and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs.
- Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools.
