Everest Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and strategic Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s concierge cardiology practice.

Position Summary
This leadership role is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of healthcare management expertise, financial acumen, and a commitment to patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and facility management.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and oversee billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Maintain readiness for audits and inspections.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Patient Experience: Implement and monitor systems to enhance patient satisfaction, streamline check-in/check-out processes, and resolve patient concerns.
  • Technology & Systems: Oversee the implementation and optimization of electronic health records (EHR), practice management software, and other digital tools.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support growth, innovation, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management, preferably in a cardiology or specialty setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare IT platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Experience in cardiology or concierge medicine settings.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and quality reporting programs.
